Just send us the ordered items back and we will return the payment. 
According to German law we have to inform our customers about return & revocation rights before the contract is closed. You are allowed to recall your order within four weeks after the order has been taken.
All products offered by Chewber Europe can be returned by the customer.
The revocation must be set between up to four weeks after delivery.

In case of revocation both parties –Chewber Europe and the customer- have to return the benefits.
For orders less than 40,00 Euros the customers has to pay shipping caused by returning.
In this case Chewber Europe will pay back the product price and the oneway shipping costs.
For orders above 40,00 Euros Chewber Europe will return the complete shipping costs as soon as the items are delivered.
