The following conditions of use (AGB) contain information about the consumer right according to contracts being made on the internet (e.g. on www.chewber.eu)
1. Area of application
The conditions of use cover all supplies made by Chewber Europe, Susanne Bartsch, Attendorner Str. 2, 51109 Cologne to an end consumer (§ 13 BGB).
2. Contracual partners

3. Contract
When ordering products on our website www.chewber.eu /.de, a confirmation email will be sent to your email-address. This email contains all information about your order and the payment method. The contract between Chewber Europe (Susanne Bartsch) and the costumer is made by the time the payment is placed. (banktransfer, Paypal)
If we do not receive any payment within six weeks, and the order is not cancelled by the customer, we will feel free to cancel it.
4. Offer & Supply
All products offered on our website www.chewber.eu /.de are usually in stock. In case we cannot deliver right away we will offer an alternative product or we will inform you that the delivery will take longer. If an ordered product is not available in sort or colour, we will suggest an equivalent replacement product.
The costumer may choose to step back from buying in this case if he wishes. Technical changes and small variations of pictures or descriptions may be possible.
5. Revocation
The revocation has to be set between up to four weeks after delivery. Just send us the ordered items back and we will return the payment. According to German law we have to inform our customers about their revocation rights before the contract is being made.
You are allowed to recall your order within four weeks after the order has been taken. All products offered at www.chewber.eu /.de can be returned by the customer.

In case of revocation both parties –Chewber Europe and the customer- have to return the benefits. For orders less than 40,00 Euros the customer has to pay shipping caused by returning. In this case Chewber Europe will pay back the product price and the oneway shipping costs. For orders above 40,00 Euros Chewber Europe will return both ways of shipping costs as soon as the items are delivered.
6. Prices & Payment
All prices listed are valid for the contract the day the order has been taken. All prices displayed include VAT Tax (19%). International buyers from outside the European Union can shop VAT free (19% less).
Our customers can pay with banktransfer, PayPal or Moneybookers. If you have any questions according payment please feel free to contact us.
7. Delivery
The delivery time usually takes 2 - 5 working days inside Germany. For international orders the delivery time may be different depending on the country.
